Booking & Cancellation

You can make a booking online quickly and easily in a few simple steps. Select your preferred date and frequency of cleaning (weekly, fortnightly, twice a week or one off cleaning). On the Confirm Booking page, create an account by entering your contact details, property address and payment card details.

If you booked your domestic cleaning services through our online booking form. You can simply head over to My Account where you can reschedule, cancel or amend your cleaning services. Alternatively give us a call or drop us an email and we will be happy to help.

You can cancel the service anytime without any penalties. You can cancel an upcoming service by navigating to your Bookings within your account at anytime.

We never have any contracts when we clean your place. The only thing we ask is that if you have to cancel or reschedule you give us 48 hours notice.
